Presentation for the Social Media Manager recruitment process


We are delighted to let you know that you have been shortlisted to the next stage of our selection process for the role of Social Media Manager. We have had many high quality applications and are looking to interview just a handful of people in the coming weeks. We are therefore looking to shortlist further by asking for you to send us a 10-15 minute presentation answering the question:

“How would you advise the CalmFamily directors on the three most crucial actions to take to improve CalmFamily’s social media presence, and how would you be sure to take this action whilst embodying CalmFamily’s approach and values?”

Within this, we would like to see examples of graphics you might produce, and/or examples of social media accounts you consider illustrative of achieving what you would aspire to achieve. We would like the presentation to be a video, so that you can explain to us your ideas in some detail, but we do not mind whether or not your face appears in the video. That is up to you.

We need to receive this video by the end of Monday 30th August 2021. You can upload it here: We realise that the deadline is short, which is part of the challenge. We will let you know if you have been shortlisted for the interview stage on Wednesday 1st September 2021, which will include two 30 minute interviews that we will want to arrange with you very soon after.
