We care about our reputation and we want you to be happy. We take great pride in being fair and honest. So we have a flexible and easy to use returns policy.
What is your return policy for things I rent from you?
You can cancel a sling rental at any point before it is posted for a full refund.
Once a rental sling is posted to you, your hire can no longer be cancelled. We do not offer a partial refund for early return of rental slings.
If a rental sling arrives damaged or otherwise unsuitable, please let us know immediately using the form below. You have up to 3 days from when you received a rental sling that is damaged to return it for a replacement or refund. If you let us know about an issue with a rental sling but do not return it within 3 days we will assume you would like to go ahead with the rental and will not be able to offer a refund or exchange.
What is your return policy for things I buy from you?
We have a 30 day no quibble return policy for all new slings, carriers and accessories you buy from us.
All we ask is that you treat the sling or carrier like you would trying it on in a department store. Try it on at home for a bit, see what you think. But please do not try to return something covered in mud, hair, puke or worse! Please do NOT remove any tags from the carrier or accessories until you are sure you will be keeping it. Please also ensure you keep all packaging (including the clear bag) intact. Ripped or damaged packaging effects the resale value of the item.
If you want to return or exchange something - just let us know within 14 days of you getting it by using the form below.
