Our 6 week course provides a a safe space to meet other new parents and gain valuable understanding of your baby and how to create a calming relationship that lasts.

A comprehensive course

Each week of this course contains:

Time for you and your baby to connect
Evidence based education on a range of baby development and parenting topics
Frameworks and ideas for calmer experiences
Socialising with other parents
Consultant facilitated discussion

Getting more sleep
Physical and neuropsychological development of babies
