Whilst coronavirus is causing issues it may cause disruption to various services we offer, or you may need to self isolate. Our postal hire service and phone and video consult service will still be running unless we are personally affected. We don’t anticipate widespread disruption to the postal service.
The virus cannot live for long on fabric. We quarantine all slings for 72 hours and wash anything that we think needs it. If you have had confirmed Coronavirus whilst hiring a sling, let us know and we will ensure that we wash it and dry it carefully.
If your local sling service is closed or you are unable to access it and you would like to access our services please do ask your local library for their referral code for a discount on your hire as well.

Returning slings
If you are ill and isolating and due to return a carrier, then please get in touch to let us know. We will work with you to arrange when you can return the carrier. Charges for late return are at our discretion. You will not be charged daily late fees and we will agree an extension and any costs with you. Our usual Covid-19 isolation extension prices, which includes a 10% discount, are as follows

- 8 Weeks – £30.60
- 12 Weeks – £41.50
If you’d like to buy the sling you have on hire just get in touch and we will work out a price with you if we are able to sell the carrier.
